It's important to make sure your family are happy and healthy. Our doctors and nurses will ensure your family is kept up to date with your essential health needs such as child and adult immunisations, regular health checks, inclusion in national recalls such as pap smear and bowel test screening.
We offer yearly health assessments for patients aged 45-49 years, 75 years and above and for those patients who identify as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander.
These assessments are a vital key in ensuring that we keep up to date with your medical needs and are a great medical prevention tool. These assessments are fully covered by Medicare with no out of pocket expenses.
Having a chronic disease such as Diabetes or Asthma or even COPD can be hard to manage at times. It is important to us that you inform us of your current health situation. This will allow our doctors and nurses to properly manage your condition. We can assist in finding you the appropriate health support if needed.
Our standard appointments are 15 mins. If you feel you need a longer appointment please let our reception staff know when booking. We are more than happy to accommodate.
We are happy to be able to provide onsite appointments out of regular business hours. Our doctors may be able to assist you at home if you are a regular patient or if you have a terminal illness. Please call us for assistance with this.
Our phone number is available to call 24 hours. If our clinic is closed you will be diverted to a home doctor locum service.
It is preferable that you make an appointment however we will endeavour to see you without one. Please note priority will be given to those with an appointment unless in a medical emergency.
Our clinic is happy to bulk bill patients who are the holder of a Centrelink Pension or Health Care Card and Children under the age of 16.
Our fees for all other patients are:
Monday - Friday 8am-6pm:
$25 gap plus Medicare rebate
All other times:
$35 gap plus Medicare rebate
Our Clinic uses the TYRO payment system which means paying your account in full is quick and easy. Your Medicare rebate will immediately be deposited into your bank account before you walk out our doors.
If you are referred to specialists, allied health or for diagnostic services we will endeavour to assist you with their billing fees.
Please note that No accounts will be issued for work injury, motor vehicle claims and pre-employment medicals. Full Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
Our Clinic prides itself on treating all people with respect. We respect all cultures from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander patients to newly arrived migrant residents and tourists. Please let us know if you have a vision or hearing impairment or if English is not your first language as we can help via translating service. We appreciate you letting us know if you will be bringing your own translator to your visit.

It is the policy of our practice that you are advised of your test results via a follow up appointment. It is requested you make your follow up appointment at your initial visit to avoid lengthy waiting times
SCRIPT REPEATS AND REFERRAL LETTERS
If you are requiring a repeat prescription or renewal of a referral letter, please ensure you make an appointment with your GP.
These requests will not be fulfilled without an appointment.
Due to the strict privacy legislation, we are not able to communicate with our patients via email.
We understand that sometimes you need to speak to your GP over the phone. Our staff will be happy to take a message for you and your GP will return your call as soon as they are free.
If you feel at any time that you are experiencing a life threatening emergency whilst on the phone to any of our staff, please notify of us this. Your call will be placed on a priority status.

You can be assured that your personal information will not be shared with a third party without your consent.
Our practice stores all personal information securely. These are accessed by authorised personnel only who have had privacy training and who have signed confidentiality agreements. All staff have national police clearances in place.
We acknowledge that you may need to access your medical records. We require you to request this in writing to the attention of the Practice Manager.
If you require your clinical notes to be transferred from another practice, please speak to our receptionist to arrange a formal authority form. This cannot be completed without your signed authority.

Dr Bryden can not only confirm your pregnancy but can now see your pregnancy through to post natal care.
Share Care allows you to feel comfortable knowing you are regularly visiting with the same doctor as well as building the trust needed to ensure both you and baby are well.

Waking up to a sick child is distressing especially if you can't access a doctors appointment.
To alleviate this problem we have created a walk in children's clinic.
This clinic runs Monday to Friday with 2 sessions per day
9.00am - 10.00am
2.00pm - 3.00pm
For children aged between 0 & 10 years old
This clinic is a walk in children's clinic for children who are sick on the day
eg ear infection, gastro, bad cold.
Please be aware this is not design for ongoing medical issues.
Please note that you are unable to request the doctor of your choice.
As this is a walk-in service, your child will be seen by the next available GP
