My name is Stephanie Gibbs and I am the Owner and Principal Podiatrist of Hills Feet 4 Life.
I have over 20 year’s experience in the healthcare field and have post graduate qualifications in Diabetes Education. I am a fully registered Podiatrist. I participate in regular continuing professional development.
I have worked in many different settings including public community health, private practices and remote indigenous communities as well as volunteer work overseas. There is nothing to do with feet that can surprise me! Hills Feet 4 Life is a locally owned business. I am passionate about keeping people on their feet and active all through life and see the following conditions: Nail cutting, thick, infected, fungal nails and hard to reach ones! Nail surgery available. Callus, pressure lesions, corn and wart removal and management. Fallen arches, heel pain, balls of the foot pain, tired and sore feet. Paediatric pain and development condition management.
Diabetic Foot Assessments, treatment and ongoing management to reduce the risk complications of the feet and lower legs. All patient’s will receive an annual Doppler vascular exam or more regularly based on need!
Shoe advise, sporting injury management, use of orthotic arch supports where warranted both off the shelf and custom made available based on need and budget.
DVA, Pensioners and Chronic Care Plan (TCA and EPC) patient’s always welcome. I am happy to do Home Visits.

Tarnim is an experienced registered psychologist who has worked in Australia and overseas for the last 8 years. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Tarnim has had experience in delivering a range of clinical interventions to clients and their families. Her experience has included providing individual and group interventions for adults with a range of presenting issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma related issues or disorders, drugs and alcohol misuse and addiction, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, domestic violence, parenting issues, career and study planning difficulties, and work related difficulties.
Tarnim uses a range of cognitive behavioral techniques specifically tailored to individuals. These techniques include psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, behavioural modification, exposure techniques, cognitive interventions,mindfulness strategies, relaxation strategies, problem-solving skills training, anger management, assertiveness training, communication training, social skills training, stress management, time management, and goal setting.
