PLEASE NOTE BULK BILLING IS NOT OFFERED FOR APPOINTMENTS ON WEEKDAYS AFTER 6PM, WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INCLUDING TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS AND CARE PLANNING.
