Our Fees

Doctors consulting at our clinic are independent contractors and control their own fees, however they are happy to base their fees on the below schedule.

Please understand that these fees may change from one doctor to another.

We are a mixed billing clinic.

Doctors will bulk bill pension and health care card holders and children under 16. This applies Monday to Friday only for a standard 15-minute appointment.

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm:

15-minute appointment - $38 gap plus Medicare rebate

30-minute appointment - $54 gap plus Medicare rebate

Weekdays after 6pm, Weekends and Public Holidays:

15-minute appointment - $49 gap plus Medicare rebate

30-minute appointment - $65 gap plus Medicare rebate

Bulk billing is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Adults who are the holder of a current Centrelink pension or health care card:

15-minute appointment - $35 gap plus Medicare rebate

30-minute appointment - $50 gap plus Medicare rebate

A discounted gap payment applies for children under 6 years of age.

** please note patients who are not the holder of a current Medicare card will need to pay a private fee that may be reimbursed through your private health insurance.

PLEASE NOTE ALL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF YOUR CONSULT.

Non-Attendance fee applies for appointments not cancelled within 2 hours of the booked appointment time.

Payment options

Our clinic uses the services of Tyro.

Allowing your Medicare rebate to be deposited back into your bank account at the time of your consult.

Other fees

Work injury claims

All fees incurred as a result of a work injury must be paid in full at the time of your consult.

No Accounts will be issued

Third party Claims

Third Party Claims involve motor vehicle accidents and personal injury claims.

All fees incurred as a result of these claims must be paid in full at the time of your consult.

No Accounts will be issued.

Pre-Employment Medicals

All pre-employment medicals must be paid for at the time of your consult.

It is preferred that your employer inform us of their requirements so we can notify you of the fee.

Driving Medicals

Driving medicals for employment are unable to be billed through Medicare.

Fees incurred for these must be paid for at the time of your consult and can be claimed back through your employer

Pregnancy Shared Care

Bulk billing is not offered for these services. Payment in full is required at the time of consult.
